📜 The Cleaning Dons – Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with The Cleaning Dons LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

We offer professional cleaning and detailing services including, but not limited to:

  • Residential cleaning (hourly or flat rate)

  • Hourly add-on services (furniture, upholstery, mattresses, rugs, spot cleaning, etc.)

  • Mobile vehicle detailing (interior & exterior packages)

All services are performed to the best of our professional ability using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Base hourly rate: $30 per cleaner, per hour, unless otherwise stated.

  • Flat rates: Certain services (e.g., couch cleaning, vehicle detailing packages) are priced at a set amount.

  • Travel fees: First 10 miles from Forney, TX are free. Beyond 10 miles: $20 fee (10–25 miles) or $0.75 per mile (25+ miles).

  • Deposits: Some services (e.g., mobile detailing) may require a deposit at time of booking.

  • Payments: Accepted via credit card, debit, or approved online payment processors. Full payment is due at or before service completion unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment may result in a $25 fee.

  • No-shows may be charged 50% of the booked service total.

4. Access & Customer Responsibilities

  • Customer must provide safe and legal access to the service location (home, property, or vehicle).

  • For vehicle detailing, vehicles must be parked in a safe, accessible area with enough space for cleaning equipment.

  • For upholstery/furniture cleaning, customer must remove personal items, valuables, and clutter before service.

5. Service Limitations

  • We do not guarantee complete stain or odor removal, especially for permanent damage, pet stains, or deep-set odors.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage (tears, fading, scratches, etc.).

  • For vehicle detailing, we do not provide body repair, paint correction, or mechanical services.

6. Liability

  • We carry general liability insurance.

  • We are not liable for damage due to faulty construction, improper installation, or pre-existing conditions.

  • Customer must notify us of fragile items or special care needs in advance.

7. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, notify us within 24 hours of completion.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues (touch-up or re-clean).

  • Refunds are at the sole discretion of The Cleaning Dons LLC.

8. Independent Contractors

Some services may be performed by independent contractors working under The Cleaning Dons LLC policies. All contractors are vetted and trained.

9. Privacy

Customer information is used solely for booking, billing, and communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
